Les ballons et l'atmosphère : un terrain de jeu sans règles ?

Voici un échantillon de ce qui nous arrive aujourd'hui :  les vols de ballons style "GO PRO" et "jouets dans l'espace" sans aucun intérêt scientifique et sans concertation avec les radioamateurs (habilités à émettre suivant autorisation) :

Une GoPro dans l'espace... Et lui a-t-il demandé les autorisations de vol ?

 moi la DGAC à décidée de jouer à "ni oui ni non"  le

dossier est tellement "complexe" qu'il est à Paris...

Moi c'était celle du Nord-Est (Lorraine / Champagne

Ardennes) mais j'ai essayé Paris aussi...
