ANNONCE BALLON DL pico-floater le 4 juillet 2015

Hi HABists,
we are attempting another Pico-Floater launch on Saturday, 04. July 15 at about 08:00 UTC.
Launch location is Eastern Germany and predicted route is going south-west from there.

Frequency: 434.575 MHz
Mode: RTTY 100Baud, 400Hz Shift, ASCII 7N2 - DL-Fldigi Autoconfig can be used.
Transmission interval is one frame every 30 seconds. Every frame is preceeded by a tone on the Upper RTTY frequency, which can be used for tuning. Predicted battery run time is in excess of 60 hours, should be trackable quite a long time if floating is going to go OK.
