The „Asociacion de Radio Experimentadores del Estado de
Nuevo Leon (ARNL)  (An A.R.C. Group) informs about their plans to
launch an experimental balloon with a 3 band beacon (2m-6m-10m)
as per commemorative events of the 80th anniversary of the
national „Federación Mexicana de Radio
Experimentadores, FMRE Amateur Radio unity group which they are
part of.  The purpose of this exercise will be purely
experimental and all Ham community is encouraged to participate
and send reports during the whole flight event.  The transmitter
will rotate TX on the following freqs:
2m  144.200 MHZ  mode: CW 6m   50.090 MHZ  mode: CW 10m  28.055
MHZ  mode: CW  TX power will be 100mW on each band, its
recommended that listeners consider a few Hertz deviation due to
atmosphere temperature changes during flight  The balloon will
carry a GPS enabled microprocessor that will transmit XE2NL/B and
both the ALTITUDE and the GRID LOCATOR code in CW at all times
Hams are asked to report RST and copied MSG from the device and
email them immediately on published email on the XE2NL QRZ
webpage ˆ  The stations sending reports will receive a
commemorative QSL Card from this event    Please visit XE2NL in
QRZ webpage days before launch, as launch day approaches, we will
communicate of any itinerary (TIME) or frequency (FREQ) changes
The ARNL put data to APRS by CWIGATE so you can view position off
balloon at the day of launching
