ANNONCE BALLON HONGRIE le 1 août 2014

Hi,

we are going to launch a balloon on Friday, August 1, around 10:00 CEST
from Budapest, Hungary.

Trackers and reports are welcome.

Tracking information for dl-fldigi:
SP: 434.950 MHz, RTTY 7N2, 100 baud, 850 Hz shift.

The primary payload is again a spectrum monitoring experiment, therefore
the basic RTTY telemetry is interleaved with higher rate GMSK transmission.
A second RTTY sentence precedes the main telemetry string carrying the
callsign identification (HA5MRC/AM de HA7WEN). The GMSK transmission does
not fit into the typical USB bandwidth. Expected altitude is 30+ km.
Hopefully this time the GPS gods will let us follow the actual altitude
throughout the journey :)
