Par le biais d'un mécanisme mentor/mentee ("parrain"/"protégé"), il vise à coacher des étudiants à l'université et à conseiller de jeunes diplômés et de jeunes professionnels des possibilités de carrières qui s'offrent à eux dans le domaine spatial. YouSpace établit ainsi des ponts au sein du secteur spatial, avec notamment des professionnels issus de l'industrie, du monde académique, des organismes de recherche, des institutions scientifiques et des universités.
