Météo / Vents / prédiction permettant ....

Depuis le Vol de la Hamfest, rallye de radio amateur, nous prévoyons de donner un court exposé sur le paysage HAB en UK et faire un lancement démo pico ballon.

Ce sera autour de 13 heures le dimanche 9. (+ - Temps hab-ish)

En utilisant soit un latex de 100 g ou un couple de 36 "ballons de fête, nous perdrons une balise de suivi simple, pour démontrer le lancement et le suivi d'un HAB.
Le remplissage sera au minimum, en visant un vol en flotteur.

Charge utile:
434.650MHz, ASCII 7 bits RTTY, pas de parité. 50baud environ 320Hz de shift.

Tous les suivis seront bienvenue. Et plus de mâts sur la carte, la meilleure impression sera donnée à l'auditoire!

Il n'y aura pas de plan pour chasser cela.
Donc, si quelqu'un voit qu'il est descendu près de lui, s'il vous plaît essayez d'être libre d'aller et d'avoir une chasse pour elle.
(Si vous le récupérer, je serai heureux de l'avoir retourné, et je le ferai re-voler.
Mon dernier Tracker a volé trois fois de cette façon. Ou vous pouvez le refaire voler pour pièces vous-même.

Weather/winds/prediction permitting....

From the Flight Refueling Hamfest, Amateur radio rally, we plan to give a short talk on the UK HAB scene and do a demo pico launch.

This will be around 1pm on Sunday 9th. (+- hab-ish time)

Using either a 100gm latex or a couple of 36" foil balloons, we will loft a simple tracking beacon, to demonstrate the launch and tracking of a HAB. The fill will be minimal lift, aiming for a float.

Payload:
434.650MHz, ASCII RTTY 7bit, no parity. 50baud approx 320Hz shift.

All tracking is welcome. And the more masts on the map, the better impression it will give to the audience!

There are no plans to chase this. So if anyone see's it come down near them, please feel free to go and have a hunt for it.
(If you recover it, I'm happy to have it returned, and I'll re-fly it. My last tracker flew three times that way. Or you can re-fly/scavenge it for parts yourself.)
