Another pico test launch from Bristol.

As before the payload is transmitting on 434.600 MHz USB. Contestia 16/1000 with RSID, once per minute preceded by 10 seconds of pips.

Note the change from Contestia 32/1000 to Contestia 16/1000. We expect this will have a small impact on readability, but will reduce the telemetry duration and hence save some power.
