latest version of dl-fldigi, DL3.1 on line HERE !

Hi everyone,

We have just released the latest version of dl-fldigi, DL3.1.

This version contains a bug fix for RTTY autoconfiguration, a fix for users
behind squid proxies and functionality to upload listener frequency to the
database.

It's important that you update to this version as the fix for
autoconfiguration required a change on the server as well, so the previous
release (DL3.0) will stop working. The old version will issue a
notification that an upgrade is available when you start dl-fldigi, and
won't display upcoming flights or payloads or be able to autoconfigure
until you upgrade.

We will shortly begin planning to remove support for the long-deprecated
very old versions of dl-fldigi -- if you haven't upgraded in a long time
now is an excellent opportunity to do so!
